We facilitate payments via preferred gateway providers: Yoco / Paystack / Payfast.
- Credit/debit card information is transmitted via SSL encryption.
- OLD does not store your full card details in our database.
- Securing your payment information is facilitated by our payment gateway providers' terms.
Communications & Bookings
Our services facilitate communication between Users and Providers. We receive call data (date, time, phone numbers, and SMS content).
Disclaimer: OLD will not be held liable for any theft, accidents, scratches, natural disasters, or unforeseen damages while using any part of the OLD platforms.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information for internal purposes, transaction facilitation, and service updates. We do not rent or sell your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties.
However, we may share relevant contact details (email, phone, address) between a User and a Service Provider once a booking is awarded to enable service completion.
